Malcolm is an experienced maintenance and asset management professional with more than 30 years in the mining, energy, and heavy industrial sectors.

Known for his strong leadership and process improvement skills, Malcolm has successfully led large teams, enhanced equipment reliability, delivered major projects, and implemented efficient maintenance and scheduling practices in complex operational environments.

• Extensive experience in SAP CMMS, managing system governance and system enhancements, including linear asset structures.
• Development of Work Management processes, coaching and mentoring individuals and business units, creating documentation to define process workflows, RACI’s and business standards.
• Leading Operational readiness projects across mining industries, development of key  project deliverables,  detailed execution plans, budgeting and process documentation.
• Experience across multiple areas of mining in the Pilbara and Kwinana industrial area including - Ore Processing Facilities,  Heavy Mobile Equipment, Non-Process Infrastructure, Secondary Processing Facilities Alumina and Mineral Sands, Energy Transmission and Generation.
• Over 30 years' industry experience in Western Australia.
